Hi,
My name is Joey Sawyer, Owner of IT Done Right. I started this business because I have worked with small businesses that need true IT Support that is reliable, fast, and from a knowledgeable expert. I have had people and small business owners tell me about these computer shops that charge an arm and a leg to just look at their computers, and stories of IT “experts” visiting their offices having no clue what they’re doing. I would like to be the answer to their problems and give them reasonable rates from someone they can trust, with years of hands-on experience and deep technology expertise.
I have been fixing computers since I was 11 years old. In high school, two other students and I managed the school network of computers. Afterward, I joined the army and pursued a B.S. in Business Management in Information Technology. As I served in the military and attended school, I was helping small businesses by providing tech support, networking, server support, and advisement on what technologies could help their companies grow.
